The Operating System(OS) that we want in future

We get to read every day from experts which OS is better. Windows or Mac or Linux. Each has it’s fan base with Windows being dominant(even with excluding piracy). Linux being open source several flavours like Ubuntu, Fedora, OpenSUSE is available.
However I want my OS to atleast have the following features:
Light and fast: It should boot quickly and use less memory resources. Not many can afford to upgrade their hardware every 2-4 years.
Interfaces: Touch interfaces must be made cheaper. And yes have THOUGHT enabled computer like in Johnny Quest and Matrix.
Portability: Most of us would prefer carrying a pen-drive than a laptop. How about having all the application and software you want with the OS in your pen-drive. In this way we can have familiar interfaces everywhere.
Server-Side: If GoogleOS or Midori is released, we can then download anything that we want in the server and access it from any computer in the world. This would reduce the hardware requirements of our computers as everything is stored in the virtual drive.
Application rentals: Most of us use few applications rarel. But we have to pay hefty price for their liscence. If we have net-based OS like GoogleOS we can use them whenever we want with some advertisement or pay some rent if we don’t want ads.
